This is an 8-week group coaching program that is going to teach you how to break free from the unhealthy habits that are currently holding you back from living the life you dream of.

It is a program made specifically for women to focus on Mindset, Movement and Nutrition. No, Chronic Illness cannot be cured by nutrition and change in lifestyle but that sure doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be taking care of your body and doing your best to nourish and move it in a way that helps you heal.

 

YOU have control over how you treat your body. Stop fighting with it and start healing it.

 

This program is a perfect blend between a group coaching program, a mastermind group and 1 on 1 coaching.

MOVEMENT

MINDSET

You will learn how to transform your thinking patterns, to be that person you always wished you could be. We will work on goal setting as well as daily routines and practices to overcome the slump that you have been in. There will be different worksheets and mini “homework” assignments to complete to help you transform the way you approach your daily life. 

You will learn how to move, and be active in the way that your body allows. You will be given a workout program that can be done at home. You will also be given movement suggestions that do not need to be your typical “workout”. 

You will also be able to track each workout to be able to see progress over the 8 weeks.

FOOD

You will learn how to nourish your body in a way that doesn’t cause pain and helps you start feeling better. You will learn what Macronutrients and Micronutrients are and how to track them for yourself. You will learn to understand your body and truly know which foods are causing you issues. The program gives you different ways to approach a low card or keto diet. If this is not something you would like to do you will have 1-1 access to Natalie to find an alternative approach that works better for you.

This program was created because I could not find ANYTHING like it on the market.

You will be provided with a gym workout and at home workout. If those workouts are too much, to begin with, you will be given other suggested movement activities. What's Included?

Breathwork

Within the 8 week program, there will be 4 breathwork sessions where you will tap into your subconscious. You will also receive a workbook to work through the emotions you uncover during your breathwork session.

 

Breathwork is a practice of allowing you to see a different perspective where you feel deeply connected to your body and understand and experience the intelligence contained within your system. Breathwork is not only a way to heal mentally, it's a way to release and transform.

Mindset

Weekly LIVE group coaching call

We will discuss tips and tricks for managing your mindset.
You will learn mindset practices and daily routines to help you become the best version of yourself. You will gain confidence 
You will connect with other women on a live coaching call weekly who are going through the exact same thing you are. You will also have an exclusive Facebook group only for the woman in this class so you can support each other every step of the way. 
You will learn to have a relationship with your body and work with it not against it.

Nutrition

You will receive an ebook that describes in detail what Macronutrients are and how to calculate them for yourself. You will also learn how to track the foods you are eating. 
You will receive a suggested food list to stick to 
You will also receive a sample day of eating 
You will learn how to have a balanced relationship with the food you are eating and no longer have to be scared of what you are consuming. 
You will learn to track the foods that you eat and to be mindful of how those foods are making your body feel.

 

Movement:

You will be provided with homework that you can incorporate into your daily life during the program or after when you are ready.  You will be able to track each workout in the app to see progress. You will learn to listen to your body and know when to push and move, and when your body needs rest.

LIFETIME access to an exclusive Facebook community page for the women in this class of Break Free Academy. We will use this Facebook page to communicate and to support each other throughout the 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks the facebook page will remain open so you can continue to work through life with other women on the exact same journey as you.

 

WEEKLY LIVE COACHING CALLS

Every week we will dial in on a LIVE coaching call together where we will go through a new wellness or mindset workshop that will include activities to work through for the following week. For the remainder of the call, we will discuss our wins for the week and anything else that can be worked out. This time is for you to get 1 on 1 coaching and to build relationships with the other woman in the group.

4 Transformational Breathwork Sessions

Every second week you will be guided through a transformational breathwork session where you will be able to tap into a new level of self-discovery. You will also be given a Breathwork Workbook to work through your transformation and the emotions you unearth through these sessions. 

 

DAILY COACH ACCESS FOR 6 MONTHS!

Yes, you heard that right. 4 months after the program is over you will have 1-1 access to me to ask any questions you may have or just to offer support.
